Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Late Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-show appointments, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments. Any applicable fees will be automatically charged to the card on file.
Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show. The appointment will be canceled, and a 50% no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.
While we understand that unexpected situations can arise, exceptions to this policy are made solely at the discretion of KOZY Esthetics.
